Chia mango 'mousse'
1 tbsp Chocolate Glorious
1/2 cup frozen fruit (we used mango)
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp chia seeds (soaked)
Blend all the ingredients together and top with a few honey roasted nuts if you enjoy a little crunch.
