Turmeric Zen Shine Chia pudding
1 tbsp Umoya Foods Turmeric Zen Shine
1-1.5 tbsp chia seeds (use 1.5 tbsp if you want quite a solid chia pudding)
1/2 -3/4 cup coconut milk
A sprinkle of Thrive Baobab instant amaranth cereal
A drizzle of maple syrup
This is for those of us who like to switch up our breakfast routine on the regular!
Chia pudding is so quick and versatile! Here we used coconut milk to make it super creamy and luxurious, but if you have any other milk or even just want to use water is works just as well! You can also add any fruit toppings that you have on hand.
Combine your chia seeds and Turmeric Zen Shine in your serving bowl with the coconut milk.
Give it a good stir and let sit for 5 minutes.
Once set check your consistency. If it's too thick for you then add some more liquid.
Finish it off with a sprinkle of Thrive Baobab, maple syrup and some diced grapefruit.
